I just have three cards. One for me, one for DH and one for daughter. I keep each one separately in envelopes in my purse. In each envelope, I keep the card, all receipts and ecbs. Sometimes it is convenient to be able to look at a recent receipt to make sure I have not reached the limit on a particular deal. I sort through the receipts after a week or two and file ones I do not need.

I also use the envelopes for the coupons and ECB/receipts, but I have the keychain cards, each on a different keychain.
That summary at the bottom of the receipt is a HUGE time-saver, eh?

I use your same system, but immediately put new recpt in envelope and remove the old one. I'm way too confused if I keep more than the current recpt in there!

red envelope, purple env. blue env. pink env. yellow env. , most recent receipt paperclipped to outside, in file folder of matching color, and i know the last 3 numbers of each one.

when i started, red was the big card, purple was the keychain. oh, the simple days last summer ! i have the pink key card on a yellow keychain, and it messes me up each time- what was i thinking? i gotta fix that soon !

Yeah the list on the receipt has been soooo great, otherwise I used to totally get confused on what I bought on which card and would have to check the website. I keep DH's card loose in my purse and my own is on my key chain, any more than that, I don't know how anyone does it and of course the coupons and ecbs have our names which helps!

A big black sharpie marker. My name is on the front of one, and it says "Dad's" on the front of the other.

I keep the cards together, but keep all the ECBs and CRTs in separate slots in my CVS coupon organizer.

A benefit of having the names on the front is that when I do two separate transactions I can make it obvious to the cashier that they are separate cards - if I want to.

For me that's good, I only have 2 stores I can go to (and I mostly go to one) - so it's easier when they know (think) I'm doing the deals for someone else too. Funny how I do *all* his CVS shopping... though I do drag him in there every couple of months or so. Well, okay, only when they have a 'senior' coupon. lol

ETA: Just noticed that you said 'multiple cards in your name'... My answer is still the same actually... if my dad didn't live in town I'd probably still have 'his' card. You know, for all the stuff I bought for him, to send to him for Christmas or something. If I got another card in my name I'd still mark them on the card somehow - maybe with a small colored dot sticker? (Love the colored envelopes idea above!)

since I work in the automotive feild my card has a company key tag on it with my name on , I have my mothers card and my daughters card all on seperate key tag .
but I really like the colored envelope idea, all my receipts and ecb are stored on same envelope - makes sorting the pits lol

okay speaking of multiple cards
i have one and my dh has one
today i had an interesting experience with the *new* store manager at my favorite store.....i did an order on my card...put everything out in my van...can back in and did another order with my dh's card...
after i was done checking out....i put everything in my van...however i had a problem with the biore ecb deal ...i bought some clearanced biore items and they did NOT count towards the ecb deal....so i wanted to just return them....
she (manager) sees me come back in the store and pulls out all the coupons from my order and proceeds to tell me that in the future i can NOT do this...i'll tell you that she was talking so fast that i could NOT understand what she was getting at....and neither could the cashier....but i guess her bottom line was that the store was getting RED flagged (whatever that means) and that you are NOT allowed to use 2 cards in ONE HOUSEHOLD...it's an ecb deal per household....i looked her straight in the face and said...i think you might be WRONG..........
and i pointed out the ecb's offers even say per card number......NOT HOUSEHOLD....
but mumbled some more that i'm not sure what she's talking about.....
okay anyone have a clue as to what i missed.........and this WAS my favorite store and then they moved managers around..........whaaaaa!!!
