My Baby is One today!
It's so hard to believe that one year ago, I was sitting in the hospital holding out little girl for the first time!  Now we have a beautiful little toddler who is learning more and more everyday. It is so amazing to see how much she has grown and learned in that year. From holding her head up, sitting, crawling and now walking.
Isabella has been teething since about 3 months old. To this day, she has a total of 11 teeth…which includes 3 of her one year molars (number 4 is still working its way through.)
Isabella is working on the walking thing pretty hard theses days. She likes to surprise you and do it while you aren’t looking. Sunday night, she decided to show Mommy and Daddy that she could climb that deck steps – good thing there is only 4 steps! The top step still hasn’t been mastered, but she was showing her stubbornness and trying over and over again.
Her language has started to develop more and more. Her new favorite word is “Hiiee”. She also says, “dideee” for doggie, “Dadda” for Daddy, “Mmamma” for Mommy, “taat” for that and many more…we just haven’t figured out what they mean yet! Isabella is learning to mimic people, which could be good and bad! She does tiny, tiny – which is rubbing her little hands together, so big (which everyone knows what that is), she gives five (Papa taught her that one on Sunday), she gives hugs when you ask and kisses too….they are just open mouthed!
Thanks for being part of the past year - actually 1yr and 9months, but who's counting!

Wow...Happy first birthday! I LOVE the fridge pic. Alyssa does the same thing, except now she weighs almost 40lbs and it doesn't work out so well...
