Unhappy My babysitter cut my son's hair

I can't believe someone would do that without asking me? I mean, am I just freaking out?
She's also started potty training him without my permission?????

me either... she started potty training?? he's a year and 7 months, geez isn't that a bit early? unless of course he's showing signs of wanting too but still it's wrong for her to do so...my dd is now 2 years and 5 months and does not want to be bothered with the potty...

The potty training honestly doesn't seem weird to me. . .especially if she's caring for him all day. The cutting his hair is not okay. She should've discussed the potty training with you but I have had a couple of children who have either refused to wear diapers OR have just done it themselves and so whether or not I would be upset about the potty training would be dependent on whether or not it was sitter initiated or child initiated. Did this all happen in one day or within a short time period or does she consistently have an issue with over stepping her boundaries? If the latter is the case you need to fire her.

Definatly talk to her. She shouldn't be cutting his hair without your permission or potty training him without your consent. He is your child, not hers.

I am so not good at telling people how I feel. My hubby says I let people walk all over me. I know he's right.
She's a good friend and I know she has the best of intentions but I feel that's going to far...I cut his hair not too long ago and she said she could fix it...but I didn't say yes.
The potty training at first bothered me, but hey the faster he learns how to do it, she won't be having to change his diapers and that's cool, but this on top of that and it's like...hello, he's my kid!
She called me and apologized and asked me how mad I was...I couldn't tell her the truth. I am a pushover!!!Ugggghhhh!
