Seriously.
She is your best friend one minute then your worst enemy the next. For example..
We cannot have our phones out during work. ok fine. I had mine on my charger (because I had left it at work) and I was putting it in my purse because I was going on break.. she then came back and accused me of being on my phone and reamed me in front of my coworkers despite all of them telling her that I was leaving to go on break and just putting it in my purse.
She now moved me so that I sit at the desk directly in front of her door so that she can literally look out her door and see what I am doing.
She is always telling me to shut up and that I am too loud (im not) and that I never work (thats why I have brought down the revenue in ALL my clinics... and have resolved MANY issues that were there since before I started in may?!)
Now today I called in because I had the stomach flu and was in the hospital on saturday. I am still pretty weak so i just wanted one more day to recover. She was like, um ok where is your note? I was like I dont have one. She was like fine bring in your hospital bracelet. WHAT!!! So I had to go garbage diving for the stupid bracelet as proof I was in the hospital. WTF as if I am a liar... she assumes EVERYONE is a liar!
I never did anything wrong and have never had this problem with previous employers...
Sorry for the long post I am just so DONE! I wish I could do Medical Billing at home... but I dont have enough experience yet.
Im so angry with her... she is off her rocker.
