My favorite city in Europe was Cordoba, Spain. It has the lovelies river walk. At night they light up the entire city. It has a lovely church that was a former mosque called the Mesquite Catedral, with lovely striped columns, a beautiful museum of gold church settings, lovely side churches, lots of history. Also there is Roman baths in the center of the old town. Lots of twisty turny walks lead through a series of shops.
