My Husband's family is driving me NUTS!
No matter what I do it's always wrong for them or to them...
Most of it i just let roll off my back but at the moment It's ticking me off!! My SIL is taking all my MIL's time so that she only sees her kids. And anytime I have plans with my MIL she makes something "come up" so my MIL has to watch her kids or go somewhere with them. I love my MIL to death, but she can't stand up for herself or tell anyone NO. Hince, my kids haven't seen thier grandparents in a month. And before you can say why not visit them, they have cats at thier house and both my DD & myself are allergic...
Now the kicker is my DD's bday party. I told them all the start of APRIL I was having it June 20. But one of my DH's cousins is now having her bday party that day. I have talked to her and she didn't plan it her friends did so I'm fine with it. Yet, the rest of the famliy is mad cause they want me to make the wkend before!! It's to late I already sent out the invites and on top of that DH bought me concert tickets for my bday and it's that day. It just gets under my skin cause the ones complaining about it are the same ones who NEVER show up for my DD's bday parties. *Sigh*
I'm so happy that we leave across town from them and don't have to deal with thier drama but every few months.

But it's not the first time and I Truely Doubt it will be the last.
