Default nail biting?

I have a 20 month old, that has been nail biting since she was 6 months old, she has now starting trying to bite other peoples nails, what do I do to brake this nasty habit.

Children bite their nails because they're anxious about something. You need to figure out what is causing their nail biting and remedy the situation. Simply stopping the nail biting does not solve the underlying issues. Something is giving your child stress.
Also keep their nails short and if there is nothing to bite hanging over the edge, it would be harder for them to do it.
Just be careful, because the "solutions" to nail biting don't address the problem itself.

she stopped all on her own, I think it was just the move into another house, that took some adjusting, she is happy and extreemly active, so that is good
