Depression is a tough condition to live with and I know that the weight gain experienced by people who suffer from depression is an added stress. Taking Anti-Depressants for a long time is not a solution and will add to your weight related problems.In fact , it will make losing weight more difficult.
Exercise helps to freshen your mood and so if you are in depression you must start exercising as soon as possible. So eating and exercising at regular times may be helpful if you suffer from depression.Try to eat regularly with a gap of 1 hour , even if it is a fruit or small snack.
