We have a family situation in which a family memebr who has 3 kids under the age of 18 has been taking advantage of all of us for years. Lets just say taking advantage in way that would put her in jail for years.
No family member has pressed charges beacuse of the scare the kids will go to foster care if she where to go to jail.
Can somebody let me know what the process is if she where to go to jail and how we as a family can make sure the kids stay with Grandparents or Releatives?
Any help at would be greatlly appreciated!
