We bought them from the eczema clothing comapny in the uk and they are pure cotton with seams on the outside, enclosed feet and button up the back and button over mitts to stop them stratching. We only used them after we'd tried wet wrapping, paste bandaging. Could there we another cause for your daughters eczema? Fabric softeners and laundry powder are awful for sensitive skin.
