Default Need Help with a CVS return

I bought the Aquify and Clear Care on Monday I got the wrong size and now need to return them.
I used 4-2.00 coupons on these.
I just talked to CVS CS and was told I will only get bcak what I paid after the coupons was deducted. If that is the case I will be losing 8.00 is this right?
I was under the impression if you used coupons they had to give you back what the rang up at and the coupon amount because they can not give you back your coupon.
I really need some help on this one.
Please

You could just do a return without the receipt. That is so much easier to do than having the cashiers have to call a manager b/c they don't know how to do one with coupons, ecb, etc.

lbirt, I think I remember seeing a coupon policy that states that when an item is returned, the full price is refunded, even if you used coupons. And I know that once I mentioned using a coupon when returning an item, & the cashier still refunded the full price. I agree that you should try returning without a receipt.

As long as you bought other items so your total was more that the cost of what you're returning, you should have no problems at all. If you paid less than the amount to be returned (due to ECB or coupons) they will need to issue you a money card. In interesting thing I learned the other day - if you purchased with a credit card, and return without that credit card, they will issue a money card then too.

So if you paid with a credit card, and know you're due back more than you paid on the card, you can just tell them you don't have the card with you, and they will issue the whole refund on one money card, and you don't have to worry about them even realizing your "getting more back than you paid."
