Default Need Quick Help

We are on vacation and it seems that Emma is allergic to the carpeting in the lodge we are staying in. The front of her legs from her knees down and the underneath of her arms from the elbow to her wrist are all broken out in a rash (all the areas that typically touch the carpet when she is crawling/playing on the floor). Everything that was covered by the onsie and her socks is fine.

I can't tell if it bothers her but what can I do to clear it up (beside keep her off the carpet )? I didn't know if a topical ointment like Benedryl would be ok. My ped is already closed for the day and even if she was open I couldn't take her in

Suggestion?
