Default Need to move and can't

Soo, we've come to the conclusion that we need to move. Big problem, we can't! We desperately need at least a 3 bedroom, right now we are in a tiny 2 bedroom and we're busting at the seems. This has been getting on my nerves soon after Scarlette was born, but now after 2 birthdays ((and grandparents who can't resist buying toys, no matter what I say!!!)) and all of Scarlette's things ((high chair, walker, etc)) there is NO room. The boys are both sharing this itty bitty room, barely fits their beds, dresser and toy box, and me, DH and Scarlette are all stuffed in our little room, not to mention all of the office stuff ((computer desk, DH's school things))... Argh! There is no where to walk! Now, DH is all about moving, I've been searching for months now. Problem is, prices have gone up sooo much, we can't move! We wanted to move back to where our family is, but that is about $1000 more a month, and even our current neighbor hood ((which I REALLY want out of in the worst way)) is way to expensive! I don't know what to do! We don't want to move into the bad neighbor hood of the city, so we'd def. stay here before that happens. I got a part time job to try and help out, but it's not enough, and I can't work any more then I am, because of DH going to school! Rawr! It's just soooo frustrating!! Stupid economy!!! Thanks for letting me rant
