Default New CVS ECB Printing Problem - Please help

This morning I accessed my ECBs at the CVS website. After printing my first selection when I returned to the account summary using the "review your account" button I was expecting the CRTs to show up ($3/$10 CVS, $2/$10, etc.). Not only did these not show up, but my other ECBs were gone as well.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? (I was able to print my EBCs by logging back into my account - 1 login for each ECB printed. I never could access my CRTs.)

When trying to access a CRT, I've always used the back button instead of the "review your account" button.

It is probably a new "feature" of the website to keep everyone honest. Out of curiosity, when you logged back in, did you notice if the ones you had already printed were still showing?

I had to call 5 minutes ago about my account. I know I had a $13 ECB that would expire tomorrow, and rather than hunt for the CRT copy, I was going to just print it and use it. I couldn't find it, or 3 others that are set to expire on April 1st.

I had them researched, and was told they had all been printed but not used. I still have a list of other ECB ready to print, and they show up in my account fine - I am so glad I keep a spreadsheet with my ECB!

Anyway, it looks like they are trying to deal with people who print multiple times and try to use the ECB multiple times. I would guess there are those who take advantage of managers who push through ECB - once your ECB prints, then go and print it out at home too. Use the home printed one first, so it goes through on its own, then use the CRT one, which the manager pushes through because it "must be good." Even if they called it in, if you used it the same day it wouldn't show as "used." It might also explain why they've gone to the "real time" system where the ECB print immediately. If the used ones show in their system immediately as well, then any manager who calls in won't be pushing through any that were just used down the street.

I just wish they would go to a paperless system where all your ECB get credited to a single money card. I'm tired of keeping up with the "scraps" of paper.

When I logged back in all my ECBs were there including the one I just printed and a list of others which I know I have already used. I really wish the ones I have used would be removed from the coupon list - it can get quite confusing!

I just went in and printed the only remaining ECB that I had not used and when I hit back button it was empty. No CRTs or the usual ECBs. It has always seemed to me that it would make more sense if the ones that had been used (not just printed but actually used at the store) would no longer show up. It would stop people trying to use them more than once and really be easier for us to keep up with. Those CRTs become way too hard to keep up with IMO when you have a whole list show up.
Now when I went in to check on my husband's card all the ECBs are still there even though they are printed.
I wanted to get the last one printed before the 1st and everything changes so as to know I had them all.
