Default New house!

Okay, so we have been in Wales for a year pretty much, our house is too small for all of us, Frank's father left a house behind, which we decided to sell, it is too far away and too much a responsibility for us to rent the house out. So the money from the house is being used as our deposit which without we would never be able to afford a move, but as his house was in the south east, we will only have a 20% mortgage, so we are more than grateful for that. It's an old farm, it has a bloody lake!

The two houses are joined together with the one story entrance, the house on the right is fully renovated, the one on the left is part barn, so that area is just left open and the other half is house. The bungalow was a holiday cottage so we are going to use that for when family stay so they have somewhere to sleep that isn't our room!

It is empty at the moment, our finances have been accepted, our offer has been accepted, tomorrow we sign ourselves away!

Here is a link to the advert for it!

Everything signed and sorted! As it's empty we can move in from 1st August, trying to find a none horrible way of say, yay for buying a dead person house. The kids haven't seen it yet, tempting to tell them they are living in the bungalow out of our way!
