finally yesterday settlement went through and we now own a house, we need to do some renovations before we move in, so we are moving on the 15th... the timing couldn't have been better as a few weeks back, just days after we put down the deposit on the house, we get notice from our realestate that the landlord wants us out (he is getting married and want to move in here with his bride)
