New year, new me
So i been dealing with depression and anxiety and finally started meds last month and starting to feel a lil better so i want to get back down to a healthy weight. I have been bouncing my weight for awhile now but i need to crack down to get it down and keep it down. As of right now im about 220 (gasp!) at 5'4 and its mostly settled in my mid section. In all i would like to get down to 150 but right now i would like to get down to under 200lbs by march and down to 180lbs by summer. So heres my start for a new me!
