Default Night sweats

My son is 5 weeks old and exclusively breastfed. I have had a few episodes of night sweats. I am anemic and on iron. Has anybody else experienced this?

Just poped in from my 6 weeks check up and asked the dr about this. He says that the elevated prolatin levels with B/F are too blame...one's body actually goes into a menopausal like state!! The good thing is that this is also what keeps AF away!
