Default night waking

OK, so I have been really really lucky with my girls. Maybe it is just time to pay.

We moved, a month ago. At that time we switched Tiffany to her big girl bed. Which is the same bed, just no front on it. (Toddler day bed kind of thing)
Anyway, she did great. The move didn't phase her. She seems to really like the house. Loves her room. Had no problems. Still slept through the night, still took naps. And in the morning around 7:30 to 8 she would get up and come in my room.
I couldn't have been happier.

Well, the past 3 or 4 days she has been getting up earlier. 7 then 6:30, yesterday it was 5:30. (Which I guess old time was 6:30)

Any way, she was up at 1:30 this morning, she needed water.
Then at 2:30 she joined us in bed for the first time ever. (She would never never never sleep unless in her own bed, never snuggle, never) She tossed and turned untill 4. I finally made her go potty and get back in her bed. After a piece of cheese.

The only thing new is that she has been having sugary stuff lately. Usually the only sweets she gets are fruit. And with 3 Halloween parties and Halloween last week she has been having all kinds of stuff. Do you think it is candy? Or all the food coloring in it?
I am ready to scream!!!! Where did my good sleeper go????????

Suggestions please?????!!!!!!!
I think I will be cutting out all candy.....

I don't know...I never really thought of sugary stuff as being a sleeping problem...Maybe I should try cutting that stuff out of Kate's diet. I am not sure what I would give her though lol She doesn't eat anything.

Is she getting any new molars or did she see anything that maybe scary on halloween?

Kate gets up in the morning and climbs in the baby's crib and wakes her up. It drives me nuts!

The sugar seems to be a valid reason, or if she had a lot of chocolate maybe the small amount of caffeine is getting to her. I'd try to cut back on the sugar again and see if getting back to a normal routine helps. That's all I can think of!

I would bet that it's the increased sugary items. On another message board I belong to, a couple of the ladies there said that they can't give their kids too much sugar or else they get up in the middle of the night. I would definitely try cutting out the sugar to see if that resolves the problem. Good luck!!!
