No colostrum after birth?
I have a question for anyone who has an answer! A friend of mine had her baby yesterday. When I got to the hospital to visit, she was attempting to breastfeed for the first time and she was having an impossible time! She was getting a good latch, but she had nothing coming out... not even colostrum. Strange! Or is that normal that she didn't even have colostrum??
