Our best dates are walking our friends dogs or helping our 85 year old neighbor with a project she can't accomplish on her own. We love to walk but we procrastinate without a obligation to walk the dogs.
We went out tonight and couldn't decide what to do. My husband still had his "Big Box" club membership card, so we decided to go in and "look around". We had a blast! We found a massager that was plugged in for display and so we gave each other shoulder massages. Then we went and had some of the samples, including shrimp and apple pie! Then we sat in the living room furniture display on leather overstuffed chairs and chatted. It was like a little lounge! We had a great time.
I forgot to mention that because his card was expired, we knew we couldn't buy anything so we weren't tempted to spend any money.
I absolutely love going with the boy to the park and walking around and feeding the geese ~ I know it sounds cheesey but he didn't think he'd like it at first, but he loves it cuz we usually bring a blanket and snacks
Well for us, free meals in my brothers restaurant! Clay pigeon shooting, laking, in the summer/spring when it's mild we go to a small waterfall near where we life and jump off it a few times into the plunge pool.
We enjoy monopoly, chess & domnios. We also love the beach and the park and at night we take the telescope and look at stars. We go for lots of walks and love going to the mall to walk when it's too hot outside. We have a drive-in near our place that costs us 9 dollars for both of us and 2 movies and our daugher is free.
Because of our family (1 teenager and live in MIL), we HAVE to have a date night to have any alone time! My favorite thing is going to a local sports center and playing tennis together. It is a fun time and great work out that we both need!!
