NONE of my ECBs will work!
Any ideas? I purchased 8 items, used manu coupons, $4/20 (from a CRT) which had to be forced through. Then, NONE of my ecbs would work. They did everything but stand on their head, including phoning CS, and the help desk, No matter what the store manager did, none of my ECBs would go though. I ended up paying cash for all, even though I have at least 15 ECBs in hand. The help desk is researching it out "in case this is an issue with other members as well" which I suspect is the case. Has anyone else had this problem?? How was it resolved? The manager was on the phone at least 20 minutes trying her best to get any two of my ecbs to go though, but no luck!! So now, I have numerous ECBs and cannot use any of them! Advice?

But I think its safe to say that you are NOT alone in this.

Same here, most of my ECBs are beeping and not valid with my card. I tried to use 3 ECBs Sunday. The lady pushed through the first one, then the system didn't allow her to do so on the second ECB. She added them up and entered as one manufacturer's coupon. I had to pay some about $2 extra tax on it.
I'm wondering if their system allows only one ECB to be forced through.

Push though as a manu coupon?? The manager tried pushing it under a CVS coupon and it would not allow it. Maybe that is what she needed to do? Maybe pushing through the 4/20 was the only "push" allowed? hmmmm.....

I only redeemed one ECB today and it was an "instant print". Yes, it came up as not valid with card used. The cashier forced it through, but since I've been redeeming the instant print ECBs nearly as fast as I earn them, there's no way I had hit the 10 valid coupon threshhold.

I think they have to "expire" before they drop off the list, they don't seem to be de-activating when I use them.

Did that one happen to have printed today? That seems to be a potential issue (among many others).

None of mine work either. NEVER allow them to force you to pay cash. They MUST push them through. They can only override one CVS coupon as a CVS coupon. Any other CVS coupons that need to be overridden must be put through as manufacturer coupons. I would go back and have them refund your cash and trade them for your ECBs. The fact that they don't scan is their problem and not yours.

There really should be no "list" of the instant prints.
