Default Normal, but don't feel normal

I went to have my blood tested last week because I was having bad hot flashes, terrible mood swings, break outs, hair still falling out, not losing my last bit of weight, and low libido. I called and the nurse told me that everything was normal. I freaked out because I was wondering why I was experiencing all these things.
I made an appointment to see the Dr and while I was in the waiting room I started to cry. For what? Who knows. I guess I was worrying too much about what was going on in my body.
Before Robert I was on BC pills and did fine on them. After he was born is when all the messy issues started. She suggested removing my IUD and getting back on the pill. I was perfectly fine with that. I just wanted to feel normal again.... or close to it.
So now I am on Yaz. She said it would help stablize my hormones. She also prescribed an anti anxiety med till the Yaz kicked in.
I am glad that I have some options. I go back in to see the Dr in 6 weeks to see how things are going. If this doesn't work, she wants to try and anti depressant because she said that post partum depression can kick in even this late... but I don't feel depressed... just feel like I'm on a roller coaster with my body. I was kinda upset about her mentioning this... as I'm sure most people are. I've never had a problem with depression... I wouldn't think that would cause my other issues.
Has anyone been through something like this? What got you back on track?

Oh you poor thing!! I know exactly how you feel! After my daughter was born I didn;t feel right for months. How long has it been since you have had your baby? Hormones are a terrible thing and are affected by so many things. Have they tested your estrogen levels? I know you said they tested your blood, but did they specifically test for this? A lot of what you are describing is from estrogen that is out of whack. Also I know that it sounds cliche and all but try to get up and really excercise. A 30 minute walk can really do wonders for your body, also try to cut out refined sugars and they can wreak havoc with your body. I have had to deal with this after each of my children were born and it does get better, I promise. Hope this helped a little bit Hang in there!!!

My son is 18 months. I breast fed him for 13 months. So I would think I should kinda be back to normal chemical wise. I know I'll have extra skin. I was prepared for that. And I knew my breasts would not be the same either.
They tested my blood for everything. Cholesterol, diabetes, hormone levels, thyroid, etc. I am thankful I have good insurance because it was a $850 blood test.
I run regularly every morning. 35-45 minutes. I love it. It is my free time... time to think, time to enjoy the outdoors. My weight still stays the same. I don't eat a lot of sugars. If I need sugar, I use honey. It helps with my allergies too. I'm eating more protein, less carbs, etc. I lost a lot of weight before I got pregnant. I am trying to use the same methods, but it isn't doing anything.
My Dr didn't have much to say about the weight. Maybe Yaz will help with stablizing my hormones? I just don't know... I'll know in a few weeks.

I hope not! I'm only 31. I'd like to have a few more children.
