[purelegance]

my niece (who i just met and is adorable, of course) is having issues with gaining weight -- mainly because she doesn't want to suck. my sister is discouraged with breastfeeding, because the baby won't latch BUT the baby won't even latch onto a bottle, pacifier or finger. (she's pumping at the moment, but have tried several formulas as well, all with the same result) her ped is insistant it's reflux, but it just doesn't sound like reflux to me, as she's not emptying her stomach. any ideas?
