Default Not sure to post this...

Alright, so Jacob has been potty trained for a while. Ever since Justin came ( in Nov '07 Mind you) he is has resorted to going between being a "big boy" and being a "baby". Today (9/12/0 he has done nothing but pee in his pull up or has even resorted to peeing on other things i.e. peeing on a table, in a toy,etc...you get the idea. I have tried putting him in underwear and he just goes in those. I am kinda at the end of my ropes here b/c I want him to go to pre-school but can't send him if he's not potty trained. Anyone got any advice they can give me?

Maybe he wants more time without Justin being there? When Jamie came along Mikey would do things he was too old to be doing to get our attention, so we used to put aside time to just be with Mikey until Jamie was older and realised he had a playmate and that it wasn't someone to be jealous of. We are having to do similar with Jamie as he is sometimes a little bit jealous of Pippa, but thats our fault as we have majorly babied him.

I agree with Samual. Try spending time with just Jacob. DD regressed when DS#1 was born, then again when DS#2 was born. She started pre-k when DS#1 was 3 months. When she was home she acted like a baby, whining instead of talking, peeing herself. She never did it at school though. When DS#2 was born she did the same, but not as much because I prepared for it. I took her shopping, got her nails painted, etc. They all get along, and are very close now. Good Luck!!

If it is only happening a couple times a week, you can lie (SHH!) and say he is potty trained. Once he sees other kids using the big potty he may do the same. Since he will be around kids his own age, he may start acting like a "big boy"

Default Updated 10/7

So, For the past 3 days or so, he has been wearing underwear and has not had an accident. He doesn't even wear a pull up to bed and has been going on the potty EVERYTIME. I am so incredibly excited!!!!!!!!!!!!Now, I have only 2 in diapers which is so much nicer than 3.
