Default nursing tops?

I have been looking online at nursing tops...but just wondering if they are worth it. Has anyone liked or disliked certain kinds?
When i bf my first 2 i didnt have nursing tops but i am determined to do it longer this time so i was thinking maybe having some nursing tops would make it a little easier to stick to it.
Any thoughts or comments welcome!!!!

i picked mine up at target. it seems pretty comfy & it's easy to hook/unhook one handed. since the little one is stubborn & still in the belly i can't really tell you much else. my sister however, lived in nursing tanks for the first week or 2 my neice was home.

I bought a nursing tank top to wear under my shirts (it has a built in nursing bra)! I really like it b/c if I have a shirt I need to pull up then no one sees my side or tummy ! I bought mine at Motherhood for about $18. This way I didnt need to buy so many nursing tops. I can wear my regular tops and still stay covered!

Ditto on the nursing tank top thing. I have never owned a top specifically designed for nursing. Well, actually someone gave me one once but I've never bought one. I didn't like it bc it's particualr design was not easy to remain covered. If you have a baby that's determined to show the world your breasts, then a nursing top is pretty useless.

Love nursing tank tops for same reasons as pp said. Also you can just buy a couple of cheap pairs of men's tank tops and it does the same thing. This is what I did with the twins.

Hmmmm. . .no not necessarily. I guess it depends on how often you do laundry. I had four gowns. . .but I have to do laundry at the laundromat so I only do it once per week.

I do laundry everyother day....whenever the hampers are full.....so I guess that would be enough, huh? Although i won't be doing it as often right after baby is born, maybe I should get a couple more.

I am not understanding how the mens tank tops would work....
