So I started bleeding again today and I checked and its def coming from inside. Its alot more than before. I've been doing nothing! Keeping my feet up and relaxing...even while on here because it's a laptop. I don't know what else I am supposed to do!

I called to doctor on call (the one I don't like) she said that if it's like a period then go to the ER because if I'm bleeding like that I am losing my baby. I hate when she says that! That's the same thing she said about Keanu! It pissed me off! So I don't think it's like a period at the moment...but what do I know?! It just started.

Don't you think she's assuming?! Or am I just a extra hopeful person all the time?

I remember you saying the dr told you your cervix is shorter than it should be. Maybe that is why your bleeding? Did you aggravate your cut?? Im sorry, you shouldnt have to go through this. Try calling later and maybe your reg dr will call back.

I don't really know...I asked the doctor who was on call about the cervix thing and she said that it shouldn't be the problem. I think she's just.......very negitive? I don't get how she could say I am losing the baby but the cervix isn't open?! I would think....if its open can't they just stitch it closed now? I mean...why not? I don't get that. My cut is on the outside and I can see it (when I use a mirror and I can see with the mirror that the bleeding is inside and coming from there)

I don't know if the ultrasound could cause the bleeding either...she acted like there was just no hope. It's crazy....it makes me so angry.

Don't get too nervous yet, there are a couple of things it could be. Not to be nosy, but are you having sex?? Because that could cosue bleeding espec. if the cervix is short. Because your cervix is short, if you had a condition like placenta previa (I'm not saying you do, but IF you do), that may cause the bleeding as well. Can you call the maternity ward at your hospital and see if there is a different doctor on call there that you could speak with??

No sex! it's been off limits since we found out we were expecting (poor dh) because I know that sperm can get the cervix ready and I have been paranoid about such issues! Its crazy how careful I've been trying to be...

I know I have read stories on here where there has been bleeding and sometimes its alot but the baby is just fine and I think thats why I get so angry when she jumps straight to you're having a miscarriage without even knowing my history (even though she was there...) I can tell she doesn't remember me at all or she would have worded it much differently.

I don't have the right number right now...but I do know the email of a nurse. I don't know what she can do but I thought maybe she could do something?

Not to scare you, but when I supposedly miscarried my cervix was still closed. I bled alot and passed huge clots. Went to dr that day and he did an exam....my cervix was closed. He put a q-tip at my cervix and made me cough, no blood, so he sent me for an ultrasound. Ultrasound wasnt good, and still cant talk about it. Dont you have to be passed a certain point in your pg to get you cervix stitched? I dont know anything about that. Maybe since your high risk, and dr knows it short, he may stitch it. How bad is the bleeding? When you wipe or in the toilet??

I have heard you have to be passed 12 weeks because of miscarriage but I really don't understand that...

Right now it's mostly when I wipe but starting to get on my pad a bit too...not much at the moment...but I wipe and wipe and wipe and it just keeps coming.
