I think I may O from one side....I have to chart a few more months to prove this, but the first cycle had no O,2nd there was an O, and I all the third with no signs of O. that could explain why the problems with conceiving and AF. Now on teh 4th I expect to O in about 20 days

Ollie...even if you O from one side you would still get an eggie each month...your ovary would compensate for the one not working. I would go to your doc and have a long chat.

Set up an appointment w/ your OBGYN! It's the only way to know for sure.

I was just watching my cycles and noticed that I never had the temp change, never ferned. I really dont like my OB and since I have been able to get preggy before it not that big of a deal, and I dont mind waiting a year or so. I am going to a birthing center this time I guess I could contact them, see what they have to say. But if there is a problem I guess I should know.

ollie i would go to your dr. and talk to them. I have heard of some women only oing from one side but i thought that your ovary made up for it too. I could be wrong. I hope you get it figured out. Good Luck TTC

I o only from one side, well, since ds was born. Before him I had pain on the oing ovary and it was one month right, the other left side. So my ovary made up for it and now I only o on the left side but every month. Now, with ds no. 2 I still don't o and bf. But that's another story. It took me long to conceive him, but not due to the one-side-oing, but because of my overweight.
