We have several threads here and there on this board about the problems with child support judgements in PA that are punitive. PA seems to be one state where the guidelines do not seem to be predictable, at least not where second families are concerned.
Nothing in this thread is against stay at home moms, who seem to be a majority on this site. The general tone is against manipulation of the system by first wives to a point where it is unfairly punitive on the dad and second family. Games with "letting" a child see the father have nothing to do with stay at home moms or work out of the home moms.
Raising children is very hard work, and they are not to be used as weapons or leverage, which was the general concensus of this discussion.
