Paid to recycle?
Or town is instituting a program for recycling. For $3 extra month (we already get free recycling pick up through our town taxes), we could have a recycling bin that is embedded with an RDFI chip. The recyclers would weigh the bin and input that weight. The more you recycle, the more points you get. Those points can be traded in for rewards at local businesses. You can't acquire more than $35, which is less than the cost of the extra fee per year. Is there something that I am missing here? Does anyone have this sort of program?
