Pretty much the same as mine. It’s a hormone thingy. I get migraine headaches as my PMS. Place a cold towel on your face to relax yourself. Also, ask your doctor about fioricet. It’s my pain med. Very helpful during heavy attacks. Hope this helps you too. You take care.
