my sister told me the other day you can't eat peanut butter while breastfeeding, JIC the baby's allergic. anyone else ever heard this? is it true or not? everytime we're near our pediatrician i always forget to ask. No nut allergies exist in my or DH's families except for my mom who's sensitive to walnuts.
