So, I was hoping someone would have some usable information because finding myself is proving difficult.

My girlfriend and I would like to marry and raise our 10 month old daughter together, however she's 17, and I'm 20 and her aunt and uncle who have legal custody will not give consent. They also won't allow her to visit me or vice versa, so I have no visitation with my daughter.
Anyway I've seen article about minors petitioning the court to marry without consent of their legal guardian if it is deemed to be in their best interest.
As far as that goes, she is 1 of 11 people living in a 3 bedroom mobile home, both er aunt and uncle have criminal records involving drug use. (and trafficking if i'm not mistaken) Her oldest cousin also just moved out because she believes her mother is using again.

So I'm pretty sure I, with my household being only three people, and my clean criminal record, qualify as being in her best interest.
So What I was wondering is if anyone knows how a petition such as that works. I'm just not sure how to get it started.
