My kids love to make their own pizza. As a base, you can use pizza dough, english muffins, bagels etc. Add tomato sauce and any toppings the kids like. Place under the broiler and the kids love it, because they've made it.

I do this for Alejandro...only with pita bread..it turns our crispy and he loves it

We make quesadillas often around here too. We add in everything leftover from the fridge, plus some cheese.
