With a LOT of thought and planning, I have figured out 20 meals (family favorites) that I can plan on using throughout the month. Because I know what I'm cooking, I am able to watch the grocery ads for great deals on the items I need for those twenty meals. So not only am I saving money, but every night we know what we're having. Okay, so MOST nights we have a plan for what's for dinner.
Start out slowly by picking out your family's top 5 meals. Then slowly start adding to that list until you have enough meals in your reportiore that you aren't scrambling for dinner plans any more. Try it. Let me know what you think and how it works for your family...
