Have you visited the breastfeeding section of the baby blog? I think sticked to the top of this thread is a list of breastfeeding articles from 2007. There is a ton of information on here.

Default I am a bf peer counselor for WIC!

What we reccomend is just breast for the first 6 weeks. This gives baby time to adjust and learn how to bf productively. Easiest thing to do is just watch out for hunger cues (rooting sucking on hands, tense limbs, over all fussiness) and put baby to breast when you notice these signals. This will establish a great milk supply, then when you go to pump, you're less likely to have milk dwindling issues!
So I rec no pumping , bottles or pacis for 6 weeks!
