My oldest was a very stocky baby and my youngest is solid but thinner and shorter than his brother was at this age, so who knows. The poor kids only get name brand diapers when Mommy has coupons or rebates anyway, otherwise they get Parent's Choice from Walmart...but those have leaked the least for us over the years.
I had the same problem with huggies in size 3 go figure.

I have used Playskool diapers (size 5) for my son and had no problems except for my daughter making fun that they look so girlie (color and design!)
I first tried a pack at home then started sending that brand in to the daycare because the Pampers always seemed to run out suspiciously quickly. The Daycare has not complained and the I have not had to send in diaper packs as frequently as with Pampers! .

Thumbs up I like them...

I, like everyone, was really skeptical about getting these diapers... I'm an avid lover of Pampers... I can't stand store brands or Huggies... So when my mother in law got them I was a bit concerned... But we gave them a try and I love them... My 4 month old is a wiggly little guy and we didn't have a problem with them coming loose, even when he wasn't dressed... He also has a habit of rolling onto his belly when he naps and all brands we tried, except Pampers, would leave him soaked from the belly to his neck and we haven't had that problem with these diapers... I love them and will probably continue to use them...
