Default Positive Communications w/ Spouse

Can recall reading that for every negative comment
towards your spouse, there should be nine positive
comments.

Wow! That can be hard unless you positively work at this.

"I love you!"

"You are such a good Daddy w/ the bedtime baths!"

"Mmmmm! You always make the morning coffee for us."

"Thank you for starting the car on the freezing morning."

9 to 1 sounds like a good ratio to me. And I'll bet the 1 is still the one remembered. We could always try cutting out the negatives and just using positives.
