Just curious- if you know... is the catalina coupon good off ANY future purchase or good off only those items again in future purchase? Just checking...

This might be a better deal using those coupons IF they do any doubles/triples weekends before July 31st. Even better if they have a sale on any of those Post cereals between now and when they have doubles/triples (if they do)- thinking on sale or rainchecks + cpns doubled or tripled+ catalina= really good deal. Hey, a girl can dream can't she?

I'm thinking it's off your next purchase going by the $ per # bought.

I can't recall off hand how much Post cereal is at Albertson's but I'm thinking it's close to $4 a box. So the only way that I would do this deal would be if they had a sale and I had enough coupons.

But does the catalina print with Honey Bunches of Oats cereal BARS or just Honey Bunches of Oats cereal?

You know how to use the coupon database? Is it up and running? I thought it was still a work in progress, but I'd be thrilled if it were going again!

I just go thru the uscan and shove that catalina in with my other coupons for the same order--forget waiting for my next visit!!!

That would only work if the catalina prints while doing the transaction. I remember another catalina awhile back that printed during the transaction then stopped and started printing AFTER you completed/paid on that transaction. So I wonder if they "fixed" it and that's how it was supposed to be from the get-go.

I'm still not clear if it's $$ off your next purchase of those POST items or just off your next purchase of anything? I'm still confused.

I also won't do this deal unless I had some coupons and a sale... sounds good but cereal is expensive nowadays! And those aren't our favorites in cereal anway...

I don't know if the cereal bars are in this promotion. I just c&p info and didn't catch that last night.

The Coupon Database for the site is not up (as far as I know). Queen has complied a list of current coupons and that can be found in a sub-forum under Grocery Coupon Discussions: Coupon Database forum. I don't know when the last update was to this list.

I thought about doing this but even with $1 cpns doubling here it's not worth it. I was going to do the Pebbles types since I have $1/2 cpns... even doubling to taking $2.25 off for every 2 boxes it wasn't worth it because the little boxes of pebbles types were $3.99 each! So $7.98- $2.25- $2 catalina was still = $3.73 ($1.86 each)... too steep for me when cheerios was ripe for the picking (free w/catalina, .88 each with mfr cpn)

Plus buying the Cheerios made $1.50/4 catalina (any GM cereals- not specific to use on just cheerios) spit out on each transaction (I had 4 cheerios in each transaction ofcourse... since they limit the doubling/tripling of cpns to 4 like cpns in each transaction). Tried on later transactions with $1/2 cpns & catalina made them .50 each.

Free is better.. but I didn't find many peelies (and only at one store). But that was a great find.. I've never seen GM peelies on cereal before!

Hey anyone else notice boodle is now doing all cereal cpns like $1.10/2 or $1.10/3? Those tricksters... now they won't double anywhere no matter what!
