Default Post Your Fav Fitness Equipment.

There are so many different brands and types of exercise equipment available these days. It is certainly difficult to determine which one is the best and right for you.

Please post your favorite workout machine, fitness equipment in this thread.

Please do not post the ones that you use to hang-up your clothes on
and have made into a clothes horse.

Post the equipment that works for you!

We have a Bowflex and the young men here love it for exercise.

Does not take up too much space, folds up to small when not in use.

The reps are smooth because of the power rod resistence.

Goes from 5 lbs to 105 lbs / per side/ with a variety of exercises for the entire body.

Well built.

Good for teens because it is not possible to drop a heavy weight on yourself......ie like a bench press and drop the weight on your chest.

We give it high 5's.

(In another thread, I had mistyped soloflex. We have a Bowflex.)

I have a treadmill that I bought off Craig's list for $50. I use it every time I get too busy to really run outside, or if the weather is bad.

I have an elliptical that I love with all of my heart and soul. It feels like you're flying.

I also have an elliptical, and LOVE it. It's like running without the impact. I lost 55 lbs in 6 months with the help of mine. Got it at Wal-Mart for around $150
