Hi. I have a nephew that's 7 years old. He's in 2nd grade and he still poops his pants. I feel bad for my Cousin because she has tried so much to stop it. They've tooken him to psychologists, talked one-on-one, given him more than enough attention when he isn't pooping, and so much more. He knows what he's doing is wrong and when he poops himself, he has to clean his underwear. I've noticed that lately he's been trying to cover up the fact that he poops his pants...I've even found dirty underwear hidden in my bathroom closet before!!! We aren't sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
