My mil went into the hospital b/c she was having a hard time breathing and was having severe back pain every time she tried to take a breath. A couple of the tests found a mass in her lung. They believe the mass was not the cause of the pain or breathing issues, they still don't know what was causing that, but she isn't having pain or breathing issues anymore. They did a biopsy of the mass and it is cancer.

She goes in today to have a brain MRI, and a bone scan. She had been having a few other issues since the first of the year that they couldn’t find a cause but now make sense b/c they probably are symptoms that the cancer is wide spread. She will see the oncologist after the tests. Please pray for her. Everything is happening so fast.

My dh’s maternal grandmother passed away of cancer when he was very young. He lost his father to leukemia in 2002. His step father had a brain tumor a few years ago and the surgery to remove it has cause permanent damage. Please pray for the strength to make it though this, for my mil and the family.
