Default pregnancy without having sex

We are considering having a baby but unfortunately, we are unable to sex because we are 40’s that we don’t feel much excited during sex. My husband refused to take Viagra pills because of the side effects. We thought about to take the sperms and insert into woman’s body. What is that called it?

Do you mean do it yourself, as in self-insemination, or have a doctor do it for you? Are you considering using a sperm donor? I ask because you say your husband won't take Viagra, which implies that he has a problem, and probably wouldn't be able to use his sperm.

What do you mean, you are in your 40s and not excited?

This is a woman's prime.

Do you mean that your husband is unable to maintain an erection? If so, he should look into viagra or other medicine because he may have a medical condition. Moreover, if he has a medical condition, it may be a symptom of heart problems. So he really needs to get his health checked. It isn't about being a man. It's about being alive.

I know plenty of people who remain excited well into their old age. You are not old.

Pregnancy is more difficult to achieve after 40, so artificial insemination alone with fertility testing may be a good idea for you. You are likely to have better results if you do this with a doctor's supervision.

We thought to let a doctor do it for us. My husband has no problem health. He just afraid to take Viagra pills because he heard some people had problem after took Viagra. He can able to use his sperm but not able to erection.

My husband has very good condition health but he rather not to use Vaigra because he don't believe it would help and afriad it could be create problem if take it. I know it would be more difficult, I use excerise everyday and my health is still strong. Of course, I will need with a doctor's supervision.

The fact that your husband cannot have an erection could mean that he has heart trouble. He needs to see a doctor about erectile dysfunction, and related problems. It isn't just sexual, and in your 40s it isn't really about age. Something is wrong with his health and he needs to check it out. Heart attacks are silent killers of men and women, even those who appear to be physically fit. Make sure he speaks to a doctor about this.

I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and became pregnant through self-insemination (done at home). If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
