Default Problem $4 off $20.00 email coupon

I made a purchase this morning using $4 off $20.00 coupon, and the register would not take any of my other ECBs. The manager tries to push it through, and that didn't work. We decided that he would re-ring my order, and without using the $4/$20, and the register took the ECBs without a problem.

I am thinking I may have reached some type of limit with that coupon, or it is no longer working.

How many times have you used it?

I've only used it twice.

If it wasn't working, it wouldn't have gone through at all. It's impossible to figure out stuff with CVS' computer systems sometimes.

The Manager said it seems like the system is accepting the coupon or ECBs. Not both.

A friend and I tried to used this yesterday and the cashier took her card and the coupon and went to the phone to "verify" the coupon. My friend told her if it was going to be a problem then she would just use the $3 off $15. I just realized today....who would she have called at CS? They were closed yesterday!

They probably called loss prevention. I had a cashier do that to me a few weeks back.
