I wend to CVS last night to do my weekly run and had major problems with ECBs. I had the same problem last week and didn't push the issue because I was only out of pocket about $5-$7 dollars and had the kids with me. I had 13 total items and I had 7 man. coupons. They have installed new registers and the cashier and the shift supervisor did not know how to enter the ECBs printed at home. She entered the first $8 ECB as a CVS coupons (finally) and then refused to take the 2nd $8 coupons from my irish spring deal because it had the came code as the 1st one (I double checked prior to going to make sure I had printed the correct ones). I then gave her a $5 ECB and she said it would not take it because it exceeded the limit. I asked if there were new limits and the shift supervisor simply said "well you used several coupons already". I then politely replied that I thought you could use one coupon per item and that I had used many more than this before. I still had to pay $13 OOP. What do you all think?? Thanks!
