Today I had to buy a spatula and selected one for $2.29. I DID notice that they also had the SAME spatulas on another hook for $2.49. Because I know people misplace items I did check that sku/ item # matched my product. It it... but so did the $2.49 one. An obvious error by Publix. It rang the higher amt upon checkout. I notified the cashier and he checked price. He noticed same thing I did that 2 tags for same items where displayed. I got the spatula for the lower amount. I commented to him "I won't make you do the price guarantee" to which he snickered and said "oh, the Publix Promise?". After leaving, I thought I might should have requested it. Under the above circumstances, would you? I do use the Do you think it's right meter, but feel equally that I should be allowed it as well as feel maybe I shouldn't because I knew of the double posted pricing. What do you think???
