Ok so I know that it is normal to sometimes be constipated during pregnancy. There are three of us pregnant in my family all of us are about a month apart in due date. My SIL is 17 weeks I am 13 weeks and the soon to be SIL is 9 weeks. We are all having a problem being able to go to the bathroom. Is there anything safe to take while pregnant to help?
