I was just really frustrated with the whole event... If it were my mistake I would TOTALLY have offered to pay for it. It was $200 total, and that is a lot of money but it was a fixable amount, you know? It wasn't SO much that one person (two, really.. it was a couple) couldn't do it.
Anyway, what ended up actually happening was that, when it came time to pay for it, she offered to pay half. So each person ended up paying $25. I guess I was OK with that. But honestly, if it were my mistake I would have offered to pay it all.
