All of the offers for "transfer a prescription, get a gift card" offers I've seen say something like this in the fine print:
Law prohibits use of this coupon by persons enrolled in, or for any prescriptions reimbursed by, and publicly (state, federal) funded healthcare programs. Coupons cannot be used on any item reimbursable by public aid programs.

I know that includes medicaid, but does that include military coverage (Tricare/Humana)? I'm hoping another military family will know...
