A customer is allowed to have multiple ExtraCare cards.

Well i wonder why one manager made the comment to me the other day I see you have lost your card like he was trying to imply I was doing something wrong. I guess he has my other card # written down or something.

I have a question for Neuman or anyone who may know: Do the email coupons and CRT coupons that give $4off $20 or $10off $50 really expire the day designated on the coupon? I have an email 10/50 that states that it expired today,5/18 and I'd like to use it tomorrow, and I have been told by one of my local managers that he will take expired coupons, but I don't know if the cash register will take it. I don't want to make the effort of spending $50 in one purchase and then not have the $10 taken off. Does anyone know about this?

those types (except the email and get $4/20 because this one beeps about 2 weeks after expiry) will beep at the register. i've been allowed to use the 10/50 at one of my stores however once the date passes it automatically beeps prompting them to maually enter it. as for the CRT i noticed yesterday that i gave a cashier an expired 5/30 CRT and it went through just fine hmmmmm.

As far as manager's not reading their manuals, OR ANYONE that works at CVS, that is an unstatement!! I have been in the process of training all my local stores in the rules of their manual. Or at least that is how I am feeling. One manager made the comment that they have learned a lot from ME from all my phone calls to corporate. And they were serious!

Like they are reprinting?

I used mine long ago - does this mean today isn't as good of a day for me to shop?
